Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ExAgg (the “App”), operated by Jujing Holdings Co., Ltd. (聚菁控股有限公司), Taiwan (“we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

ExAgg aggregates and displays cryptocurrency balances from exchanges and public blockchain addresses, shows portfolio analytics, and provides a virtual pet game. The App is an informational tool for your personal use.

Not financial advice & not a custodian. ExAgg does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. We never hold, custody, control or move your funds. The App is read-only and cannot place trades or withdrawals.

2. No financial advice

Nothing in the App constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Cryptocurrency involves significant risk, including total loss. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Data shown may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.

3. Your accounts and API keys

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
You are responsible for any API keys you add. We strongly recommend read-only keys with withdrawals disabled. You are responsible for keys that grant more than read access.
You must never share private keys or seed phrases with the App; it does not request them.

4. Purchases, subscriptions and virtual items

In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your platform account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
Virtual items, points and in-game rewards have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and may change or expire.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to cheat or manipulate the game or leaderboards, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it except as permitted by law, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, logo, artwork and content, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that data is correct or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data or trading losses, arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taichung District Court as the court of first instance, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will update the “Last updated” date above.
